The Challenge

PIM structured an annual framework: ready-stock high-rotation SKUs (hydraulic + undercarriage) at main warehouse in Batuah, Loa Janan, dedicated account manager, per-coordinate dispatch tracker, and monthly automatic replenishment. OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) SLA >95% written into the contract.
The Result
